So I contacted THQ again and was asked to reconfirmed my shipping address (which I did quickly.) and I have this "Please confirm your shipping address" several time for a month. I then contacted THQ, and I was told to pay the shipping fee again so they can shipped my item out, which I quickly did (this all took place in Dec 2019 to early Jan 2019.) Forward to mid Feb 2019, I still have not received my item or even got a shipping notice. Fast forward about a month later, I found out that my local delivery (USPS,) in their infinite wisdom, decided to send the item back to sender without even one attempted delivery.
So I really excited when released date came and I got the email that my "Apocalypse Edition" was shipped. I also brought a digital edition on top of this.
